Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Operations:
Operate machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the production process.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to carry out production tasks.
Assemble, inspect, and package products according to established guidelines.
Monitor production machines, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions to the supervisor.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks during the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
Identify defects or deviations from specifications and take appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records, including product counts and quality data.

Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Keep the work area clean and organized, promoting a safe and efficient workspace.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively as part of a team to accomplish production goals and targets.
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to optimize production processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Meeting Production Targets:
Meet production quotas and targets set by the production manager or supervisor.
Be proactive in resolving any potential bottlenecks that may impact production output.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical certifications in manufacturing or related fields are a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility to work 3rd shift hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
